NestJS RESTAPI

This project was a test for entry into the payever company, and I was accepted.

Aim to create a REST application using the NestJS framework, MongoDB and RabbitMQ. Implement endpoints for user creation, retrieval, and avatar management. Ensure slant compliance, successful builds, and unit/functional test coverage.
