Network Optimization with Routers and RADIUSDesk
I undertook the task of designing and optimizing the internal network infrastructure for a company, aiming to create a robust and efficient network environment. This project involved the strategic deployment of routers to facilitate seamless communication within the organization.
One of the key highlights of this project was the creation of a navigational mesh (navmesh), which played a pivotal role in ensuring smooth data flow and connectivity throughout the company’s network. The navmesh design was meticulously crafted to enhance network reliability and reduce latency.
Additionally, I integrated RADIUSDesk, a powerful network management tool, into the network architecture. RADIUSDesk empowered the company to manage and allocate network bandwidth effectively for each user. This fine-grained control over bandwidth allocation optimized network performance, ensuring that critical tasks received the necessary resources while maintaining overall network efficiency.
Through this project, I demonstrated my expertise in network design, routing, and bandwidth management, ultimately delivering a robust and streamlined internal network that met the company’s specific operational needs.
